What is ADIO??
ADIO is an acronym that stands for Above Down Inside Out; which is how your body functions. Your brain acts as a director sending messages down your spinal cord and across your nerves to every organ, tissue and cell.
What most people don’t know is that the spine which protects your nervous system can affect how your body functions by affecting your nervous system.
Your spine and nervous system have an optimal position, a correct position, where your brain can properly communicate with your body. However if your spine shifts out of it’s correct position interference occurs limiting your brain’s ability to communicate with your body resulting in dysfunction and disease.
Chiropractic’s main goal is to adjust the spine to remove interference from your nervous system allowing your brain and body to communicate as it should.
